Go Little Star creates personalized children’s storybooks. You provide a child’s first name, pronoun, and — for some titles — a short description and photos; we produce a personalized book delivered as a digital file, a printed hardcover, or both. Printed books are produced and shipped by our print-on-demand partner.

You must be at least 18 years old. By uploading a photo or information about a child, you confirm that you are that child’s parent or legal guardian, or that you have the guardian’s permission, and that you have the right to share any photo you upload.

You keep ownership of the photos and details you provide. You grant us a limited license to use them solely to create, preview, deliver, and (for print orders) produce your book, and for no other purpose. Our use of your content is described in the Privacy Policy; child photos are deleted after your order is complete.

You agree not to upload content that is unlawful, infringes someone else’s rights, or depicts a child whose guardian has not consented. We may decline or cancel (with a full refund) any order whose content violates these terms.

For AI-personalized titles, illustrations are generated by AI from your photos and description. Results are artistic interpretations — they will resemble, not replicate, your child, and small variations between the preview and the final book can occur. You approve a preview before paying, and every book is reviewed by a person before it is delivered or printed.

Prices are shown at checkout and may change at any time before you order. Payment is processed by Stripe. Your order is accepted when we confirm payment; we then begin producing your personalized book. Applicable taxes and shipping are shown at checkout.

Digital books are delivered by email as a download link. Printed books are produced on demand and shipped to the address you provide; delivery estimates are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for delays by carriers or customs.

Because every book is personalized and printed just for you, orders cannot be cancelled or returned once production has started. However, if your printed book arrives damaged or with a printing defect, or if we fail to deliver your digital book, contact us within 30 days and we will reprint it or refund you. Nothing in these terms limits any non-waivable rights you have under the consumer-protection laws of your country.

The stories, artwork, templates, characters, and software behind Go Little Star belong to us or our licensors. Your finished book is for personal, non-commercial use — read it, gift it, share it with family — but you may not resell it, reproduce it commercially, or reuse our artwork outside your book.

The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties not expressly stated here, and our total liability for any claim arising out of the service or these terms is limited to the amount you paid us for the order giving rise to the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from content you upload in breach of these terms — for example, a photo you did not have the right to share.

We may update these terms from time to time; the effective date above reflects the latest version, and material changes will be notified on the site or by email. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms; you may stop using the service at any time and ask us to delete your data as described in the Privacy Policy.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, except where the law of your place of residence grants you mandatory protections or venue.
