Digital books are ready within 3–5 business days. Print orders ship in 2–3 weeks after you approve your digital proof.
What happens to my child's photos?
Your photos are used only to generate your book's illustrations. We automatically delete them 90 days after your order is complete. We never use them for marketing or share them with third parties.
What if I'm not happy with the result?
Every book goes through a manual quality review before we ask for payment. If you don't love it, we'll revise it — or give you a full refund, no questions asked.
Can I customize the story?
